At the start of 2020 - while still working full-time - I started BornIdeas, with my sister, Danielle Bornman. BornIdeas stood for simple open-source software that inspires positive change by helping people, help one another.
As the technical director and solo software engineer, I conceptualised multiple projects and led their development - working predominently on open-source libraries and mobile applications.
Sadly, with limited capacity, the lifespan of BornIdeas was cut short at the end of 2020. However, its success still echoes as code that was developed as part of the vision, and continues to be used in open-source projects.
