The BizProf Mobile application provided portable means for BizProf Governance clients to navigate the 17 Principles of King Code IV and understand their applicability in the business context.
The applications served clients in allowing them to view the recommended policies and procedures which support each King Code IV principle, and understand exactly what to do to bring recommendations into practice.
Users could view the JSE Listing Requirements related to each King Code IV principle, navigate between principles and relevant sections in the Finance Management Act, and navigate between principles and relevant sections in the Companies Act.
