IDentify was a project started by BornIdeas (Pty) Ltd. The project was initially purposed around scanning identification documents, to extract available information using smartphones.
The project developed into a collection of open-source libraries that could be integrated using popular frameworks, to easily scan identity documents like ID cards or drivers licences.
With identification at the core of so many technological use cases, IDentify provided the platform to solve a variety of real-world problems - especially in the domain of access-control.
